I like to spell things like they are on a 2Pac album. Strikly 4 my d.o.g.g.z. (dastardly oregonians gafflling giraffe zelots).

You can now just put the url of an mp3 on the b to the l to the o to the you know the rest, and it will pop up as a blue triangle to the left of your text or image as so:

be sure you make the text/image a hype-link to the actual mp3 URL.
